Ingredients: nutritional yeast, organic oat flour, organic arrowroot starch, pink salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, organic cane sugar, pepper, turmeric
Ucopia is about bringing back food favorites. Savoury noodles is a food sensitivity aware alternative to Mac 'n Cheese and it is vastly more nutritious!
All you need to start:
1-1/2 cups of cooked noodles
2 tbsp plant-based butter
1 tbsp plant-based unsweetened milk of your choice
After boiling your noodles, drain them in a strainer. Abandon noodles in strainer for now.
Return empty noodle pot to stove top and melt butter with plant-based unsweetened milk of your choice.
Add savoury noodle mix to milk in pot and stir to combine.
Combine with noodles in a fresh bowl or dump noodles into pot. Toss everything together until the ingredients are well combined and the sauce is evenly distributed.
