Using a spatula, gradually add pizza crust mix. Mix well.
Oil a solid metal cookie sheet to bake pizzas on. This recipe will not work with a pan with holes.
Use the tip of a fork to create air channels throughout the crust. Ensure that their is a fork mark all the way through the crust every 1-1/2 in. of the pizza. This is important for a crispy crust.
Bake without toppings in oven for about 10 minutes until it's easy to lift up and the bottom has browned. Remove from oven and set oven to Broil (low or 400°F broil)
