A pizza crust which you can pick-up and eat with one hand in the bathtub with a glass of wine. This pizza has a chewy top layer and a crispy bottom.
Ingredients:Â organic coconut flour, organic tapioca starch, instant yeast, garlic powder, pink salt.

Baking Instructions:
All you need to start:
200 ml warm water
1Â "better than eggs" serving or egg replacer
3Â tbsp oil
Step 1:
Prepare "Better Eggs" and allow to gel for 5 minutes.
Step 2:
Combine wet ingredients in a large bowl.
Using a spatula, gradually add pizza crust mix. Mix well.
Step 3:
Allow to rise covered in a warm, breeze-free space for 40 minutes.  This is also a good time to get your topping work space ready for step 7.
Step 4:
Pre-heat oven to 400°F bake
Oil a solid metal cookie sheet to bake pizzas on. This recipe will not work with a pan with holes.Â
Step 5:
Divide dough into 2
Individually press into perfect pizza crusts with oiled hands directly onto oiled pan. Remember that it will take larger pizzas longer to cook. Do not add toppings yet.
Step 6:
Use the tip of a fork to create air channels throughout the crust. Ensure that their is a fork mark all the way through the crust every 1-1/2 in. of the pizza. This is important for a crispy crust.
Step 7:
Bake without toppings in oven for about 10 minutes until it's easy to lift up and the bottom has browned. Remove from oven and set oven to Broil (low or 400°F broil)
Step 8:
Add your favourite pizza sauce and toppings. Working quickly to avoid losing the crispiness of the crust. Place decorated pizzas back in the oven using the broil setting until the toppings have toasted.
Step 9:
Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack before eating. Â
