Eggs without the Cracking and Sensitivity... this is Better than Eggs!
Ingredients: flax seeds, chia seeds
Ucopia is about bringing back food favorites. A common egg substitute and can be simply substituted in most baked goods recipes. Not recommended for scrambled eggs (see our Tofu Scramble product), angel cakes, or lemon cakes.
Store in the Freezer, does not require defrosting.
1 tbsp mix added to 4 tbsp warm water. Allow to gel for 5 minutes. Then use in your recipe as an egg alternative.
1 tbsp mix added to 4 tbsp warm aquafaba (leftover water from chickpea can). Allow to gel for 5 minutes. Then whisk in some air bubbles and use in your recipe for extra fluffiness - this method works best for coating meat with gluten free bread crumbs!.
