What is Quinoa (KEEN-Waa) other than embarrassment the first time you say it out loud? 

It's considered a superfood, packed with nutrition from South America.  Considered a whole grain, quinoa contains anti-oxidants, manganese, magnesium, phosphorous, folate, copper, iron, zinc, thiamin, riboflavin, Vitamin B6 and more.

As per the Ucopia preference when possible, this bread has no rise time.  Just mix and toss in the oven to bake. 

Ingredients: quiona flour, arrowroot starch, sorghum flour, millet flour, flax seeds, psyllium husk, teff flour, baking soda, instant dry yeast

Baking Instructions:

Ingredients Needed:
2 cups of warm water 
2 tbsp of grapeseed or olive oil 
1 tsp maple syrup

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2:
Combine wet ingredients.

Step 3:
Add package mix to wet ingredients.
Stir to completely combine.

Step 4:
Pour into a non-stick 4-1/2 in. x 8-1/2 in. baking loaf pan. Gluten-free performs better in a smaller pan.

Step 5:
Bake for 60 minutes until golden brown; crust should be solid to touch
Remove immediately from pan and cool on wire rack.
Be sure to cook fully & Enjoy.

Alternative: add cinnamon and raisins to kickstart your mornings.
