Vinegar Free Creamy Avocado Dressing

Using a food processor or blender, combine the following and process until smooth. Don't forget to scrap the sides down a few times. Thin the resulting dressing down to your favored consistency. 

1 large ripe avocado

1 garlic clove

1/2 tsp fresh lime or lemon juice

3 tbsp olive or avocado oil

1/4 tsp ground salt (or to taste)

1/4 tsp ground black pepper(or to taste)

water as needed (I prefer 1/4 cup)

*Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
