Vegan Cream Cheese Icing

You don't need to go overboard like I did on the colours.
White or chocolate is perfectly acceptable...Except if it's a five-year old's birthday. Then make a cake which will shock them into the next year

1/2 cup vegan butter/margarine
1 cup vegan plain cream cheese (We use Tofutti) 
4 cups confectioner's sugar (icing sugar)
2 teaspoons homemade vanilla extract (1/2 cup vodka + vanilla bean abandon to extract for 3+ months)

Step 1:
Using a mixer or a strong arm, beat the vegan margarine and cream cheese together until they are well blended. 

Step 2:
Slowly add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until creamy.
Step 3: 
Decorate your dessert and lick the bowl.
