Cooking instructions for Tofu Scramble: 

All you need to start:
150 grams of firm or extra firm tofu
1 tbsp oil for pan
1 tbsp scramble mix (15g)
*optional 100-150ml plant-based milk or cream
  1. Drain and paper-towel-dry the tofu; using a fork break apart the tofu.
  2. Heat tofu over medium heat in an oiled skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add packet and stir to coat tofu, cooking for 2 minutes to bring to a hot temperature. Add veggies if desired.
  4. Add non-dairy cream if using.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Cooking instructions for tofu sliced for sandwiches: 

All you need to start:
150 grams of firm or extra firm tofu
1 tbsp oil for pan
1-2 tbsp scramble mix (15g)
1 to 1-1/2 cups plant-based milk or cream
Prepare tofu:
  1. Press & drain tofu between 2 plates to remove water for 10-45 minutes. Removing water increases flavour.
  2. In a separate cup mix flavor packet with non-dairy cream, stir well.
  3. Once tofu has been pressed, slice to preferred thickness and size (we recommend 1cm).
  4. Marinate tofu in non-dairy milk mixture for minimum 30 minutes (maximum 30 hours with refrigeration) Ensure that tofu is completely covered in milk mixture.

Cook tofu:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook tofu for  2 minutes on each side
  2. Pour any remaining cream sauce over the shapes;  cook for an additional  2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy! Tastes great as part of a breakfast sandwich or a peanut butter sandwich.
