Ingredients: chili powder, pink salt, arrowroot starch, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, yellow sugar, all spice.
Step 1: Saute or cook your lentils, rice, beans, veggies or protein.
Step 2: Add 2 tbsp seasoning to 1/4 cup of water. Stir well to mix.
Step 3: Pour blended mix into pan with food stuffs and simmer for 5 minutes.
Sweet Potato Seasoning
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut sweet potatoes in to wedged slices
Step 2: Coat wedges in an oil and toss with seasoning. Until they're well coated.
Step 3: Bake for 46 minutes; flipping about halfway through
Step 1: Sprinkle some seasoning onto a plate.
Step 2: Lay steak on top of seasoning, and sprinkle more seasoning on top.
Step 3: Press seasoning into both sides of the steak. Allow to rest at least 15 minutes
prior to grilling.
