2 tbsp honey, maple syrup or agave syrup
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 cup warm coconut oil (cooled, but melted; works with other oils as well)

Step 1:
Combine wet ingredients. Using a spatula, gradually

Using a rolling pin gently roll out balls to 1/4 in.
Cut to preferred shape.

Bake 3 in. sized cookies for 9-10 minutes. Remove from oven before top browns.
Leave cookies to rest on cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Then transfer to wire rack to finish cooling.
