Air Fryer Tofu/Chicken Wings
Step 1: Prepare liquid bowl, using Better than Eggs, Ucopia Mix combine 2 tbspn of mix to 3/4 cup of water in a bowl
Step 2: Preheat Air Fryer (Machine) for 5 minutes
Step 3: In another bowl, fill to a workable level with Breading
Step 4: Dip Tofu/Chicken wing into liquid bowl and then immediately into breading bowl. Set aside until ready to air fry on a separate plate. Continue until all items are breaded.
Step 5: Set preheated air fryer to 380F for 13 minutes
Step 6: Place tofu/chicken wing into air fryer. Be sure not to overcrowd or overlap items. Spray lightly with oil of your choice and close the device. Press start.
Step 7: Being careful not to burn yourself....enjoy & don't forget to toss in your preferred sauce after cooking is complete.
